Update MAINTAINER field to ports@FreeBSD.org

Sadly, my current employer precludes me from submitting FOSS work at this time;
as such, I am no longer able to serve as a port maintainer for this project.

I've set the MAINTAINER field to ports@FreeBSD.org to mark this as an
unmaintained port; if my situation changes in the future I'll submit a patch to
pick it up again.
