fix ps invocation in CleanupBackgroundJobsJob.php

Scenario:
- FreeBSD stable/15 at f77062f506f7
- ports latest
- nextcloud upgraded 34.0.1 using portmaster
- Running nextcloud with a periodic cleaning job configured using the following
crontab entry:

*/5 * * * * /usr/local/bin/php -f /usr/local/www/nextcloud/cron.php

Result:
- Periodically, the background cleanup job fails with a following mail:

ps: cmd: keyword not found
ps: no valid keywords; valid keywords:

Expected result:
- As with nextcloud-33.0.5, the background cleaning job should be running
without issues.

Fix:
- The fix replaces a Linuxism when invoking "ps" by its FreeBSD equivalent.
- Attached.
