Besides bumping the version (various bug fixes), this patch does the following:
- Adds a .desktop file ripped from the build files of the port.
- Adds an example configuration file.
- And finally, moves the BROKEN entry below the LICENSE entry in accordance
with `portfmt`.
It's been a while since I've made a patch, so if there's anything you would
like me to change, I'd be more than happy to.
