Add net/moor (patch against 52b2a7155c20e98c9231d6da3d8e0314e44700ef)

What it says on the tin - a fairly straightforward install & rc script that
gets this work up & running on FreeBSD from a package.
Ported as net/moor because LambdaMOO is net/lambdamoo

I claimed a UID/GID for the server for an out-of-the-box startup. This UID can
be shared with net/lambdamoo (which doesn't seem to have a service user?) and
any other MOO/MUD servers.
Considered using games:games (7:13) but that account may have more baggage than
I want to carry from the old BSD games days (/var/games - shared score files
etc.) - no strong objection to games:games to conserve UIDs though if that
feels more appropriate.

**

Checked OK w/ make stage-qa (amd64) & install / deinstall from port & package
look clean, portlint'ed OK, packaged under my user account clean.
Still haven't set up my Poudriere box to cross-check there.

Possible issues not covered by portlint:

I *think* I did the "adding to DISTFILES based on port options" thing right
based on the handbook(?) but if my Makefile looks like it's doing bad things or
has parts out-of-order that portlint missed let me know and I'll fix it.

I have /var/run/moor (socket & PID directory) in the plist, not sure that's
strictly necessary or best practice but seems like something make deinstall
should remove if empty.
