1. Why docs in lib: %%PORTDOCS%%lib/swipl/doc?
DOCSDIR = share/doc/swipl
2. Why Makefile have "USE_SDL=sdl3 image3" without "USES=sdl"? If you need it
for option XPCE only then use "XPCE_USE=sdl=sdl3,image3" instead
("XPCE_USES=sdl" keep too).
3. Try this:
-XPCE_CMAKE_ON= -DSWIPL_PACKAGES_GUI=ON
-XPCE_CMAKE_OFF= -DSWIPL_PACKAGES_GUI=OFF
+XPCE_CMAKE_BOOL= SWIPL_PACKAGES_GUI
