Patch to modifying Makefile and pkg-plist as described

The current port is missing the --with-rrsync configure option.  Consequently,
the pkg is missing the rrsync(1) manpage, and the skeleton has to do extra
manual steps.

The provided patch makes the necessary changes and removes now-redundant steps.

This does move rrsync from PREFIX/sbin/rrsync to PREFIX/bin/rrsync, but that's
probably a good idea anyway as it's not a system utility.
