This port has been unmaintained for a few years. The latest upstream activity
is from a few months ago trying to reconcile from a more active fork, otherwise
the last commit is from 2019, before PEP-517 existed. Going to expire this at
the end of the month unless someone uses this and is interested in port
maintenance.
