[Bug 295646] mail/stalwart: Update to 0.16.6

0.16.9 build and run fine

tested on fresh system and admin password is in /var/log/stalwart.log

root# cat /var/log/stalwart.log

🔑 Stalwart bootstrap mode - temporary administrator account

   username: admin
   password: .......

Use these credentials to complete the initial setup at the
/admin web UI. Once setup is done, Stalwart will provision a
permanent administrator and this temporary account will no
longer apply.

Then i go in /admin, and default log directory is /var/log/stalwart/,
default db dir is /var/lib/stalwart
Setup finished, service restarted, and logs and db run fine, i just changed
dbdir.
The setup generated /usr/local/etc/stalwart/config.json with:
{"@type":"RocksDb","path":"/var/db/stalwart/","blobSize":17408,"bufferSize":134217728,"poolWorkers":null}
