[PATCH] textproc/xmlada: Update to 26.0.0

Update to 26.0.0:
* Complete License block
* Convert to GPRBuild, which enables removal of gmake, GNU configure
  and binutils, this also cleans up the file system hierarchy in
  ${PREFIX}
* Install Sphinx generated manual page
* Some minor updates to pkg-descr
* Remove hard dependency on GNAT-12 from ${USES} and
  ${NO_SHLIB_REQUIRES_GLOB}
