Patch for crypto4pl.c

Please note that I identified a regression in swipl, refer to 
https://github.com/SWI-Prolog/packages-ssl/issues/175

I've enclosed the patches that rectify on both 9.2.9 and 10.0.2 which I've
tested on FreeBSD 12.4S (openssl 3.5.1), FBSD 14.3 (openssl 3.6.1) and 15.1S
(openssl 3.6.2).

I expect a future release of swipl to include these patches, so they'll need to
be revoked at the next update of swipl.
