Sorry, just noticed that I messed up the OpenMPI Runtime integration command,
the correct command is:
env UCX_TLS=tcp,self UCX_NET_DEVICES=lo0 /usr/local/mpi/openmpi/bin/mpirun \
    --mca pml ucx \
    --mca osc ^ucx \
    --mca io ^ompio \
    --mca opal_common_ucx_tls any \
    --mca opal_common_ucx_devices any \
    -np 2 \
    IMB-IO-openmpi

Thus only restoring single node multi-process communication, since this fix is
limited to loopback for now.
