upgrade to 5.11.2

Hi,

here's patch to update matomo to 5.11.2. Authors strongly advise updating in
the changelog due to security fixes.

Builds fine on 14.3, 15.0 and 15.1 against default php84. Installs and works
fine on 15.0.
