Scenario:
- FreeBSD stable/15 at f77062f506f7
- ports latest
- portmaster used to update ports
- multimedia/gavl shall get updated from 1.4.0 to 2.0.1

Result:
- The compile fails with multiple iconv symbols not being found

Expected result:
- The compile should succeed.
