net/liferea: Unbreak the build on the quarterly branch 2026Q2

The attached patch for net/liferea adds a patch to downgrade the required
glib-2.0 version to make sure the port can be built from the FreeBSD ports
branch 2026Q2.

The port already contains a patch to add compatibility code
for glib-2.0 versions before 2.86.0 since e8b5b5dee but a recent
Liferea update caused the build to fail on the quarterly
branch 2026Q2 at "configure" time:

| Package dependency requirement 'glib-2.0 >= 2.86.0' could not be satisfied.
| Package 'glib-2.0' has version '2.84.4', required version is '>= 2.86.0'
