Updated port to upstream v0.6.8
(https://github.com/hrodrig/pgwd/releases/tag/v0.6.8).
Security patch: Go 1.26.4 (stdlib GO-2026-5037 / GO-2026-5039).

Tested on FreeBSD 15 amd64:
  make makesum && make install
  pgwd -version → v0.6.8 (commit 090267c)

This git diff supersedes attachment #271188 (0.6.6).
ONLY_FOR_ARCHS remains amd64 aarch64; MAINTAINER unchanged: hrodrig@usb.ve
