htop 3.5.1, releng/14.4

For me, it actually got broken in 3.5.1 instead -- now ARC gets into green
while it was orange previously. Yes, technically ARC goes into Wired but it's
shrinkable as needed, so logically should be still considered as Cache or
whatever is orange in htop.
