Can't find lua.h without:
LUAJIT_MAKE_ARGS+=      CFLAGS=-I${LOCALBASE}/include/luajit-2.1

Can't find -lluajit-5.1 during link without:
LUAJIT_MAKE_ARGS+=      LDFLAGS=-lluajit-5.1
