I'm running into an issue here. This won't build in Poudriere because the build
step doesn't have networking. I can't get the fetch stage to handle the
dependencies correctly because of the Go workspace layout of this project. The
ports framework doesn't seem to like it and I'm very reluctant to override
things in the Makefile.
