patch

The llama.cpp project has moved its development to a new GitHub organization.
The canonical upstream is now

    https://github.com/ggml-org/llama.cpp

while the port currently fetches from

    https://github.com/ggerganov/llama.cpp

GitHub redirects the old URL transparently, so the port continues to build.
However, updating to the new upstream URL avoids relying on this redirect and
aligns the port with the authoritative source.

The attached patch updates GH_ACCOUNT from ggerganov to ggml-org, updates the
WWW field, and updates all GitHub issue references in comments. The distinfo
filename is updated accordingly; SHA256 checksum and file size are unchanged,
verified by fetching the tarball directly from both URLs:

    SHA256: a96658491547aa923980dbffc25179b0f1164ad3dab40126673414ebf947238c
    SIZE: 33982934
