patch to update mail/opendkim-devel (mail/opendkim-devel: update to 1c7a9f47c6
(Sun May 31 23:33:32 2026 -0700))

Recently OpenDKIM was extremely updated. All existed PRs in github had been
resolved, and many issues had been closed.

So, I'd like to update mail/opendkim-devel up to recent commit.

mail/opendkim-devel: update to 1c7a9f47c6 (Sun May 31 23:33:32 2026 -0700)

- Remove all patches, which was merged
- Remove ports options which were not supported any more
- Allow flavors for LUA option
- Fix configure option for ONLY_SIGNING_CONFIGURE if it is unset
- Add configure option for make test
