Hello.

At one of administered by me server multimedia/ffmpeg port has flavor nox11,
and while upgrading, graphics/libheif can't properly detect its
FFMPEG_LIB_DEPENDS dependency & tries to install multimedia/ffmpeg without
flavour. The proposed patch for Makefile fixed the case for me
