Poudriere test builds on 15.0 amd64 and 14.4 amd64 look OK using
ROCKSDB_USES=llvm:21 here. Waiting for your confirmation.

P.S. Test build on 14.4 i386 failed with the following error: rustc-LLVM ERROR:
out of memory. I will add the line:

BROKEN_i386= rustc-LLVM ERROR: out of memory

to the Makefile.
