git diff: sysutils/pgwd 1.0.0 (supersedes #271674)

Updated port to upstream v1.0.0
(https://github.com/hrodrig/pgwd/releases/tag/v1.0.0).

This git diff supersedes attachment #271674 (0.6.8).

Tested on FreeBSD 15.0-RELEASE-p4 amd64:
  make makesum && make reinstall
  pgwd -version → v1.0.0 (commit 1dafb2d)

ONLY_FOR_ARCHS remains amd64 aarch64 (matches release tarballs).
