Patch file for the FreeBSD Ports Collection submission,correctly structured as
science/relysam/*

The patch file contains the complete addition of the science/relysam port with
all necessary files:
1. Makefile - Complete build instructions and metadata
2. distinfo - Checksums for the distribution file
3. pkg-descr - Package description with features
4. pkg-plist - File installation list
5. files/relysam.in - RC service script template
6. files/relysam.sample - Sample configuration file

Key Features of the Patch:
1. Correctly structured as science/relysam/*
2. Follows FreeBSD Ports Collection standards
3. Includes all necessary port files
4. Validated with portlint
