From email a request was made to address an issue that the cache directory for
thumbnails is by default set to
/usr/local/lib/python3.11/site-packages/calibreweb/cps/. This is not writable
by the calibreweb user.

Solution:
Add environment variable that sets the cache directory to the RC Script.
