There is a referrer checking bug in 14.0.0
(https://codeberg.org/forgejo/forgejo/issues/10849) that essentially renders
the web UI useless for administration tasks, even as simple as sending a test
email, or updating the description of a repository. This is fixed in 14.0.1
(https://codeberg.org/forgejo/forgejo/pulls/10858).
