Update to pkg_replace-20260126

pkg_replace-20260126 has released. I have created a patch.

-Fix behavior of `pkg_replace -V`
-Improved execution speed using cache files `make -V FLAVORS`
-Cleanup code
-Update man page pkg_replace.1
