Fetch additional MP3 source files when MP3PLAYER is enabled

Format_MP3, used to play MP3 encoded voicemail and music on hold, relies on
decoder library files that are not included in the main Asterisk distribution.
The attached patches fix the fetch targets to work on FreeBSD (sed command
requires an explicit/embedded newline) and fixed the MP3PLAYER option in the
port.
