Why? There was a reason why I uploaded two patches. Have/has we/the maintainer
already decided how he/we want(s) to install latest version of sqlcipher? 

Patch 1: Install sqlcipher as sqlcipher (like e.g. OpenBSD)
Patch 2: Install sqlcipher as sqlite3 (conflict with databases/sqlite3)
