I strongly disagree with the implication that my ports are neglected or poorly
maintained.

I actively maintain my ports and, in practice, keep them in better shape than
many other maintainers. The main reason some updates or fixes have not landed
yet is not a lack of maintenance, but the fact that I am not receiving
Portscout notifications. If those notifications were delivered correctly, the
relevant fixes would have been addressed long ago.

Several updates and patches are already prepared and are waiting on commit or
review, not ignored. This situation should not be interpreted as neglect, nor
as a reason to block additional ports, especially when the root cause is a
tooling/notification issue outside my control.
