patch that includes pkg-message for fdescfs requirement

himitsud requires an fdescfs filesystem to be mounted on /dev/fd. i've added a
pkg-message to inform the user of this requirement. i've seen other ports do
this for programs that need procfs to work, so i copied such a pkg-message and
changed it accordingly.
