fixed patch that installs files to the right directory

on FreeBSD, hare third-party modules are installed in /usr/local/share/hare.
this differs from the default location specified by the project,
/usr/local/src/hare. i've modified this patch so that SRCDIR is replaced with
the correct path for FreeBSD hare.
