Patch for dav1d

* Switch to upstream release archive
* Remove .if !empty(CFLAGS:M-flto*) section [1]
  Looks like upstreams detection gets it right in my test builds at least
* Some minor style changes in port Makefile

Compile and runtime tested on FreeBSD 15.0-STABLE (amd64) (make, make
check-plist, make test)
