The patch has:
- Changed maintainer e-mail address
- Removed the line in `post-patch` that delete `*.orig` files
- Added a new-line `\n` at the end of `pkg-plist` file to prevent `@owner`
error

I take in account comment #7 by Vladimir Druzenko but still in progress.
