This is my attempt to push netdata to be the last in rcorder. Actually it's
partially not correct.

I believe that it must be:

# REQUIRE: DAEMON LOGIN bgdaemon
# BEFORE: IDLE

To push netdata to be one of latest scripts started by rc.d.
