Initial port for grsh

Hello, 
I'm submitting a new port for GRSH (Grim Reaper SHell), a modern 
system shell written in Rust.

Features:
- Tab-completion and interactive TUI
- Advanced job control (zap, fg, jobs)
- Automatic PDF redirection
- Built-in AI assistant
