Patch for updating to 1.1.0 and adding patches to make it build again

Hello! I noticed that dfu-programmer is outdated tremendously.
In the meantime they migrated the project from SourceForge to GitHub, so this
patch also updates the WWW and sets USE_GITHUB=yes with the proper values.
I encountered some problems regarding libusb when building the port. I added
patches in the files/ directory which should patch the could, it compiles and
works as far as I could test it.
