remove BROKEN, patch dec_lavc.c

Fixes audio/aqualung on ffmpeg > 5.
While version 2 is out. It is completely different and adds
many new options as well as support for several new codecs.
Testing all of these changes will take more time than I had
to fix this. But it's coming. :-)
