sccache has grown Unix socket support since the last time this port was
updated. Can also now build sccache as a static binary like devel/ccache{,4} so
copy it from devel/sccache into the overlay.

May reference DISTVERSION from devel/sccache directly via a Makefile.version
there to keep versions synced.
