Update Audio::Scan from 1.01 to 1.11.

Maintained fork of Audio::Scan has moved from andygrundman/Audio-Scan
to LMS-Community/Audio-Scan. Use GitHub instead of CPAN. We jump
forward 7+ years and 10 releases.

The major consumer of this package is audio/lyrionmusicserver. With the recent
9.0 update to the Lyrion port, it changed from an using an internal copy of the
Audio::Scan package to using the FreeBSD port. However, the internal copy is
much newer than the existing port version, and contains bug fixes including the
showstopper of failure to parse Opus files (fixed in Audio::Scan 1.08). This
port update has been tested with Lyrion; it restores the ability to use Opus
files.
