BUILD FAILED
/wrkdirs/usr/ports/devel/charva/work/charva/build.xml:184: javah does not exist
under Java 10 and higher, use the javac task with nativeHeaderDir instead

Pinning this port to jdk8 makes it possible to increase JAVA_DEFAULT to 21 for
the rest of the ports tree.
Nothing in the ports tree depends on this port, so it must be save to do.
