Thank you, Pavel, for your suggestion. I got bitten by the base/ports OpenSSL
and Kerberos interdependencies about 12 years ago and have strenuously avoided
even accidental installation of Kerberos ports ever since. No, I do not have
any Heimdal or MIT Kerberos ports installed anywhere.
