- Respect change of distribution location @CPAN,
so that portscout can spot future versions.
- Bump PORTREVISION.

- "portlint -AC" issues a non-relevant warn.
- "portclippy Makefile" is happy.
- "portfmt -D Makefile" is happy.
- Tested with:
