deskutils/xdpi: X11 DPI information retrieval

The attached port retrieves dpi information from X11, most important is the
XRandR information, as that is per monitor and you can see if your X server
probably detected your mixed-dpi setup.

QA:

  * portlint: OK (looks fine.)
  * testport: OK (poudriere: 14.3, amd64 tested)
  * runs fine
