Sorry for that delay. Here is the updated patch. I hope it's ok!

1) Update to 2.90
2) Take maintainership.
3) Remove PF support from FreeBSD 15.0 onwards, as it no longer works.
   (patches greatfully received!)
4) Turn the WITHOUT_SYMUX, WITHOUT_SYMON into options.
5) Silence portclippy and portformat
6) Fix license
7) Update "UPDATING"
