Patch to www/go-anubis bringing it to 1.25.0

Supersedes https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=293006

Update go-anubis to new upstream version 1.25.0.

This fixes problems in my environment when using Apache webserver. Also current
version is 1.23.x which is growing old (and not particularly wise).
