git-flow-next 1.0.0

Attached is the patch to create new port git-flow-next.
Can be used as replacement for expired and deleted devel/gitflow.

"Modern reimplementation of git-flow in Go that offers greater flexibility
while maintaining backward compatibility with the original git-flow and
git-flow-avh."

Build tested with "poudriere bulk -t" on 14.3 amd64
