rrdtool-1.9.0_2.patch

When using sysutils/munin-master and x11-fonts/fontconfig 2.17, I get the
message "Fontconfig error: failed to read configuration file."
Easy fix
Applying a patch to rrdtool, which calls fontconfig, fixes this error.
