New port: emulators/azahar (version 2124.3)

emulators/azahar: update to version 2124.3.

Note: this port was broken for a time (2025-12-19 until 2026-02-08), when
qt-6.10.1 replaced qt-6.9.3. Under qt-6.10.1, the emulator GUI launches fine
but crashes upon game launch. As of qt-6.10.2, it's back in working order.
