Pointing to my fork of whowatch

sysutils/whowatch: update to 1.8.6

- The new update wasn't working on FreeBSD due to Linuxisms and FreeBSD wrong
API usages
- I overhauled the codebase in a fork and updated it to work on both Linux and
FreeBSD
- Changes Mainly Include
 - Uses of sysctl, libprocstat etc to gather the system informations
